My Gift To You
I was 165 pounds and overweight for my height and age when I was in 6th grade. My doctor said I was pre-diabetic.
From then on I went through a ten-year rollercoaster of weight loss, weight gain, and poor relationship with food, and exercising, and hit a point where I had the worst relationship I ever had with myself.

For the past few years, I can proudly say I have left the diet culture behind, and am treating my mind and body with the respect they deserve.
It took me over 10 years to get to this point, which is why I so desperately want to share the good news of how you can be happy with your health too without taking years or going through hell to figure out how to.
