Why I want to help YOU
I went through an over ten-year rollercoaster of weight loss, weight gain, and poor relationship with food, and exercising, and hit a point where I had the worst relationship I ever had with myself. Throughout these years I have made plenty of mistakes, but also great decisions for myself that have made me who I am today. For over a year I have been at a place where I can safely and proudly say I have left the diet culture behind, and am now treating my mind & body with the respect they deserve.
