Hi friend, I'm Preethi. I'm a passionate woman whose mission is to help bring others truth and freedom! This book is the first step in that journey and I hope it can be a blessing in your life.

I received my undergraduate degree in English and Childhood education, and though I was going the teaching route at first, but God led me to pivot to becoming

a mental health counselor!

So here I am on this wonderful journey, of following the footsteps of our wonderful counselor Jesus!

I am also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach -and strongly believe in fueling and training our bodies the right way.
